A composite decking with timber balastrade followed by a summerhouse finished with pvc French doors, rubber roof and fully insulated, gyproced and a plaster finish.
All decking and framework replaced, patio replaced with porcelain tiles, bark and chips replaced with quality artificial grass. Lower area framed with 100 mm wood and oiled, decking oiled by homeowner.
New patio laid with stepping stones leading around the pond and by the raised beds leading to the deck with a lovely pergola on top. All closed in with a venetian fence to complete the look. Lighting installed in each area by Colin burns electrical from Lochwinnoch.
Front garden given a makeover. Brick wall removed and replaced with post and rope boundary and bed for hedges. Large rocks removed and replaced with sleepers and levelled for plum slate to be spread. And new 4ft fence.
6ft composite fence installed to replace a low crumbling wall and provide some privacy. All material supplied by the customer and rubble uplifted with a grab lorry.
Front and back garden makeover. Front garden: 3ft fence built to enclose, decorative chip border around 40mm artificial grass. Back garden: New 6ft fence built next to footpath, raised beds built the full length of the garden, sandpit and outdoor kitchen to keep the kids entertained and the rest of the lawn built up to almost level and completed with artificial grass.
Old deck and raised beds removed, ground leveled out and new composite deck built with venision privacy fence built around half of it. 10mm golden gravel spread over the rest of the area.
A lovely deck recently complete along the back of a cottage in un utilised garden space to enjoy the beautiful views. Completed with the help of leo the rottweiler.
A wee garage converted into a garden room. New windows, French doors. Old roof replaced with one piece rubber with a skylight installed. All walls are framed and insulated before the gyproc is finished with plaster. Laminate flooring installed before skirting and facings.
Lovely summer house built on 4x2 frame with 28mm tongue and groove flooring, framed with 3x2 and 9mm osb then clad with Loglap. One piece rubber roof finished with white trim to match the windows and French doors. Small deck at the doors with a ramp either side.
